Class Registration and Payment
We ask for your cooperation in following a few simple guidelines to help ensure the enjoyment of Fibergé classes:
1. Registration
should be made in advance either in person at our store
or by telephone at 513.831.9276.
2. We gladly accept registrations up to the time of the
class, space permitting and supplies available; however, if you would like to ensure
your spot, we highly recommend that you pre-register.
3. Payment is
due upon registration. Please help us in handling payment
before class time so no one misses even one moment of fun!
4. Supplies – Some classes include supplies and will be noted in the schedule. For
classes that do not include supplies, please request a materials list. As always, we are happy
to help you find what you need for any class so please just ask any of our associates
for assistance – that’s what we are here for!
5. Cancellations
– We commit to our teachers prior
to the start of their classes, so Fibergé is happy to provide
refunds when
the cancellation is made 3 days before
the first class session. Cancellations made 1-2 days before class will receive a store credit for the amount of the class.
No refunds or credits can be given for cancellation on the day of the class. Since there is always the possibility that a
class may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather, students should check with the store before making
any major class materials purchases. In the event that a class must be cancelled, individuals who register for that class
will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or the substitution of another course. To help prevent course cancellations,
students are urged to register early.
